When flying in, passengers get a view of the peninsula and East & West Grand Traverse Bay. and depending from which direction the airplane is coming, often, the planes fly directly through over the water, offering breathtaking views of our city and bays. As long as we have your flight information we will monitor your arrival and be there when you need us 24 hours a day. If you are being picked up from the airport by us for the first time, we will pick you up just outside the baggage claim or if requested in the terminal with a sign, which will have your name on it for ease of finding our uniformed drivers. If we are taking you to the airport, we will make sure that you get there on time and make it to your flight.
